1st of all having a really hard time keeping the yeast away. can you take Diflucan and NYstatin together and while on abx?

burning is still way down to almost nothing
Twitching is primarily in ankle area of both legs. (odd)
Strength of legs is now about 60% better

I am thinking the yeast is holding me back some.

Sounds like you've got great improvements so far with the IV Vancomycin.

Yes, sounds like you're making progress!

and YES you can take both diflucan (systemic) and Nystatin (local) antifungals simultaneously. I agree with your approach - any yeast/fungal overgrowth could interfere with your Lyme & Co healing - many symptoms overlap and it gets confusing. Plus, your immune system has to work twice as hard.
