You can also go to ilads.org and request information on lmd's in your area. They take a few days to respond back.

You can test through igenix but need a doctor to sign the order, a basic Lyme panel I believe is 210 dollars.

Hi goshawk! She is on Doxycycline 2x a day 100mg. She is almost done and doesn't seem to be doing any better. She takes Proboitic and activated charcoal along with a few other Supplements through out the day. I did through ilads but was only given three options which 2 of the three rejected the idea of even seeing her.

Oh Catusha I'm so sorry, I don't understand why they wouldn't see her. Just isn't right.

Glad she is taking probiotics and AC and supplements, that's good.

I am trying to find out what proper dose for 13 yr old is. I know adults need 400 mg a day doxy. I will try to find out or hopefully another member wil respond soon about that.

Have you tried Epsom salt baths for detoxing, that would also help just not too hot....lukewarm.

Are you willing to go to New York near Mt kisco. I know of an LLMD there who might see her.
