Herxing

Is it possible to herx without antibiotics/herbs or can one herx just from immune system and die off.

Also if someone doesn't have a tub for a full epsom soak would doing both feet several times a day be equalivent

I agree w/ mpost - yes to both questions. I can herx like crazy from die off, which is what a lot of herxing is. And the symptoms you feel when you get a cold - those are sx your immune system creates when it goes to work. Very normal.

And I do foot soaks ALL the time so that's a great option. You can also use sea salt.
