Gotta agree here. Up until sliding down the steps on my back a few days ago, I was starting to feel much better. Is been off antibiotics for 8 months but my gut was still giving me horrible fits.
Had a stool test done, my gut was low in bifidobactdrium, which is common for Lyme people. Supplimented ever since testing. Don't know if my expensive probiotics are helping but I'm due for a retest and I guess we'll find out. The same test showed that I wasn't digesting fats starches and proteins hence I'm on a digestive enzyme. It also showed that I probably had leaky gut and possibly IBS. Pirouettes yeast tips helped me alot.
I know that we are all different however I feel like that yeast issues are probably, along with co-infections, the biggest reason why we do not heal especially if we have a history of antibiotics and in my case antibiotics and chemotherapy. It's incredible I'm still standing up. This same test showed my high levels of candida Lusitaniae and albicans.
