It's a hellride fer sure. The thing about Resveratrol is that (if I'm not mistaken) it passes the BBB (Blood Brain Barrier). So it may be every bit as strong/effective (in a good bacteria or detoxing?? killing way) as Minocycline.
I may be out of my depth here but you are absolutely right that this disease makes no sense whatsoever in the way its migratory symptoms flare up randomly (hence the inability to keep some type of schedule or be reliable ,or emotionally calm for that matter). One day: 80% ok because I ate nothing but salads, cabbage, water and lean meat along with a slew of expensive supplements. Next few days: I eat something with sugar ie. high fructose corn syrup (it was fro yo for Chrissakes!) and I'm nauseous and have a pretty rough day the next day...
And just to reiterate, the hell ride I am/you are referring to is the air hunger and abject fear, thanks Babesia!! or whatever Lyme n Co...
sry I just had to rant because I'm dealing with the same thing(s)
And on a positive note: An almost raw garlic addition to an otherwise bad soup, meaning you steam the garlic raw or barely seep the essence from it with a hot broth. Well it lowers my blood pressure and sort of cleared my head the next day. Nutrition is everything, I'm sorry but it is. I also add cabbage as finely as I can cut it to the top of hot soups.
Easy calming agents also are as follows: Peppermint Tea, Chamomile Tea.
Good Luck!!
