Tonyaraven, we all can relate to one another because we have been there, done that.
I was super healthy all my life. I never was bitten by a tick and I was a huge camper, hiker, mountain biker (yep, I fell in brush sometimes). So for me to get bit as a "mature" lady, I was shocked. But then to find out what lyme disease was, holy moley, what a horrible disease.
It wrecks havoc on you physically, mentally and it tests your patience minute by minute. Once I figured out I was in this for the long haul (and I wasn't getting well in a couple of weeks) I did a lot better.
Even with a strict adherence to my protocol and detoxing (as if it were my full time job), I still would have a new roving symptom. Honestly I felt like lyme was looking for a place to hide in me away from the herbs.
I keep a good journal and it was awesome to look back and see that a symptom was gone. They leave so quietly and secretly that I almost did not know they were gone.
I highly recommend a journal so you can see the improvements. They won't come for months, but I hope I am giving you hope that they will come.
