I've been on 400mg artimisia for over four weeks now. I've had bad insomnia, pain whilst sleeping and chills. Could be herx if babesia or side effects from artimesia?

Is that the whole herb Artemisia - or the Zhang formula? (Artemisiae)

It does sound like you're herxing.

its Artemisia and Monolaurin 2 x a day so thats 400 artemisia and 200 monolaurin

I was doing rounds of Artemisinin last year.

And I herxed on it.

i still haven't figured out if my shivering is considered chills...or just some strange nervous system shivering.

Where is your pain?

I take artemisia capsules and I herx with insomnia and heat up and then have chills, nausea, headache and head pressure .

Monolaurin has antifungal, antimicrobial, antiviral and I've read antiprotozoal properties so you may be hitting all kinds of bugs with that in the mix too.

My doctor had me on monolaurin (Lauricidin) and wants me to start that back up to control yeast. Can't handle that right now.

I'm going to stop artimisia for a few days until herx reduces. Will stay on azitromycin and minocycline. It's pain all over like flu pain but lost the pain I get is spine pain
