Dr Rawls vital plan

Hey guys. Anyone have success with this? I've spent the last seven months trying to make progress with antibiotics then herbs and I'm really struggling. This is my fourth relapse. I am one of the super sensitive type. Had anyone who is significantly sick unable to work and is mostly housebound had success with his vital plan? I'm tired of trying to fix myself with Drs who don't know any more than I do anymore. This plan is simplistic and would alleviate that stress. Any experiences?

Sounds good for Lyme -but not good enough for Bart and Babs.

Jk is part of Bart protocol but may not be enough and definitely need something for Babesia imo

If you read it, according to him, it definitely covers everything.

I would add in Houttuynia and it sida acuta for Bart.

Houttuynia is an herb that Buhner has in his protocol and it's in the Cowden protocol as well.

For Babesia, consider Sida, cryptolepis.

You really should target the infections with herbs that hit them.

Girlie thanks for the recommendations I will definitely look into them.

Rawls does address myco, which he says is the most common co infection. His advice is to read his book re: babs. And Girlie, you will be happy to note that for babs, if it is really stubborn, he suggests antibiotics.

Myco he says cordyceps.

I did not look up bart.... way tooo tired from an eventful day.

If I am significantly sick, housebound and unable to work I would TRY anything.

No one has a perfect plan for lyme.

I say try it. It is convenient as all get out!!

I did Buhners and at the end when I wanted to make sure that Babs and Bart and myco were eliminated, I did herbs for those just to be safe. There is no reason you cannot do that after using Vital Plan.

I love the common sense of Dr. Rawls. I think he just tried to make a plan for people that was easier and less complex than herbs of Buhner. I started Buhner before I read about Rawls. For me when I first got lyme I was traveling a lot and it was a pain to pack all those tinctures, herbs and supplements. I had an overnight bag full of "stuff." I wonder what the hotel maid thought.

Don't let anyone take your intuition away. If you think this is right for you, please try it. What does it hurt to try??? Not a darn thing.

At the end of my Buhners I added in Cryptolepis, Houttuynia and Cordyceps. For Babs, Bart and Myco. So what if you have to add those in? No big deal.

Im seriously considering Dr Rawls Vital plan, hoping it will help with the autoimmune hepatitis, neurodermititis and another "itis" my doctor can find. I've been miserable for so many years that I don't expect anyone to believe me and have definitely lost confidence in the doctors I have seen. The cost of the Vital Plan will be a challenge for my income but will give it a try. Will try to remember to report back. My mind is so trashed I hope I can remember to take the pills.
