thank you all for all the info,

I didn't have access to internet


I am surviving,

going place to place

but a relative, as I stopped talking to all of them, as they did not believe me

one more issue, and than I cut ties from narcissist abuse

for my own health


this one relative says just get a wheel chair and fly over

all about her, and they , her and others think it is so easy , so insensitive

one thing not to undersand but aother to be like a bully,


what are ways to deal with this, not to let it bother you?


I was so upset , I don't know how for this not to bother me anymore

It's not easy to "move on". I've been dealing with this for a year and I still have trouble. It's hard. Maybe the hardest thing we'll ever go through. It's not about moving on. It's about getting up every morning and choosing to keep fighting. It's about accepting that NO ONE will understand what you're going through except for other Lyme people. We're here for you. I don't talk to most of my family anymore either.

One thing that has helped me immensely is working on things that make me happy. Right now I'm working on my novel as best I can. Sometimes I can only type one or two sentences. Keep your mind busy with audio books or music. Do little things that make you smile. Plan for a future where you are healthy and don't have to rely on these people so much. Right now, you're more important than whether they believe you or not. Maybe they'll come around, but don't wait. Do what you can to have a good life with or without them.

You have to live the best you can and you cannot explain lyme to anyone that does not have it. Learn that lesson now.

I like support groups. There you find others in the same or worse condition as you and everyone understands. They can be found on Facebook, or your local chamber of commerce may have a listing. I have them all around my area and they meet on different days.

One in my area has herbs lined up that are for free.
