Bee pollen, if taken fresh, will have probiotic bacteria.
If not fresh or refrigerated, it will still be good, but the probiotic bacteria would be probably weaker or dead.
I took bee pollen during lyme, but not for very long. I did not know fresh bee pollen would be better, as it would be partially fermented...
I did not know that bee pollen has to be taken with moderation, due to allergic potential...
