u're joking, right ? everybody here suffers from insomnia. well, almost everybody.
u should start taking ashwagandha in my opinion, to lower cortisol. this worked for me. now most of the time i sleep with just taking melatonin+omega3+hawthorn before bed, sometimes magnesium too.
but some nights these are not enough and i need to take real sleeping pills. it's very important to sleep while u get treatment, otherwise you will not recover. of course sleeping alone will not heal you, you still need the medication, but im just saying, if u get the meds and your sleep is poor, YOU WILL NOT RECOVER. i heard this from many LLMDs in Germany, US, etc...
