I think treatment needs to be variable. Multiple methods, cycling, etc.
Of course, be sure to eat right, care for your GI health, and detox to prepare yourself to use multiple modalities to treat.
Thankfully, at least with most herbal medicines, they're broad-spectrum in their action against pathogens. Some antibiotics are too, I believe.
Some say you should treat whichever infection is most present at the time, which might be the best route, IF you have the option to use infection-specific medicines, and you are confident you're dealing with a particular infection more so than the rest.
Personally, I've jumped back and forth. For better or worse? I don't know. I think my approach can prove successful, eventually.
Also, if you keep at it, support your health while treating, it will be cumulative - some improvements will stay. Ultimately, all (most) will leave, though.
Shrugs
Hope I helped some.
edit: Use different tinctures. There are a lot, but some you need a doctor. See a doctor, if you can. Use essential oils. Consider biofilms? Is your GI function okay? Detox your bum off. Get in a sauna, somehow. Make a homemade one, like I did. Haha. Look into Vitamin C flushing. Be positive. Attitude helps. Staying busy does too. At the risk of neglecting my health, I work and go to school, because I HAVE to, but being busy helps, honestly. Try little hobbies or something. Be persistent.
