Does anyone have a persistent/constant low grade fever with their Lyme disease? I've read it could be a symptom but haven't really seen anyone listing it as symptom. I don't have a diagnosis and doctors are just saying there is no way it's Lyme disease.

I had a high fever followed by low grade for 2-3 months in the beginning. Doctors generally don't know and don't care. You should try to seek out a LLMD, at least get your doctor to send blood for testing at a good lab

That is a common symptom of Bartonella.

I've had low grade fevers around 99 sometimes less off and on for years. Never knew why until this year after learning I had Lyme. My normal temp has always been much lower than 98.6, so if my temp gets higher than that. I feel hot in face and lethargic.

When all of my symptoms started, I had a low-grade fever for several months. It was between 99 and 99.6 or so. Now, my body temperature tends to be on the lower side; in the low to mid 97s.

Almost all of my doctors dismissed my temperature, only one though it meant something, but he couldn't figure out what it was.

Go to an LLMD / LLND. They can help you rule Lyme either in or out.

Definitely! DS had a low grade fever off and on for several years.
His were typically between 99.3 and 100.7. It took over a year of treatment for them to start lessening.

I believe it's from a co-infection(s) so make sure your LLMD is treating for them too - esp bart and babesia.

I've had fevers as my mail symptom since I was diagnosed almost a year ago. The fever has gone away twice with treatment. Once when I was taking bactrim, mepron, azithromycin and doxy. Another time it went away with herbs and ozone.

I just started a new herbal protocol along with rife and my fevers seem to be consistently lower these days. Hallelujah!!!

Ditto. When I specifically treat bart my body feels hot but my temp remains sub normal or gets close to normal which now is like having a low grade fever.

Yes. I was treated last year for Lyme and had constant low grade 99.6-101.2 for almost six months until they finally treated me with antibiotics and then returned to normal temp. Just recently I feel I am having a "flare up" and now I'm back to the fevers, body/muscle aches, nerve pain. I don't fee as bad as I did last year but not normal either. It all sucks!!
