Alice,
Not sure what you are doing as far as treatment and detoxing, but there are herbs that should help with many of the symptoms you're experiencing.
Detoxing alone should help as well. I believe the New to Lyme section at the top has information about detox. Some examples are dry brushing, epsom salt baths, drinking lemon water, taking supplements such as liposomal or IV glutathione, NAC, or alpha lipoic acid. Taking binders to bind the toxins as they are released in the body and remove them through the digestive tract: cholestyramine (Rx drug), activated charcoal, chlorella, modified citrus pectin, zeolite, bentonite clay, others.
Stephen Buhner recommends many herbs based on specific symptoms. Here are references I got from his books:
CNS Herbs: he says especially greater celandine, lion's mane, and Chinese skullcap. Kudzu is another.
Psychologically calming herbs: pasque flower, coral root, motherwort, Chinese skullcap, vervain. Buhner says "the regular use of pasque flower tincture over a few weeks can seem almost miraculous in its reduction of psychological hysteria." He indicates motherwort helps greatly with fear.
For bouts of unrestrained rage: uncaria rhynchophylla (Gou Teng), cryptolepis sanguinolenta, and tryptophan
To restore neuronal structures, add neural regrowth: Chinese senega root, lion's mane.
