Hi all,
Good news is I am back at work full time! Made great progress with my holistic doc over the last few months.
Bad new- my brain fog is back. It gets much worse after I mentally exert myself, and by the end of my work day my brain is absolutely fried. Feels like almost half my brain is shutoff, I'm spacey, and basically a floating head. I'm sure you can all relate to this fog.
Who else gets fog after mental exertion? If so what helps? Physically I feel pretty solid! But need to beat this fog that comes on!
