Congratulations- you are doing what some people refuse to do (or say they cant).
I've met so many local lymies with gut issues that its almost alarming.
I ate decent, but not real clean before this Jan.
For three months I ate real clean to re-set my gut. Paleo, zero added sugars, zero milk products, zero glutan, zero alcohol. In three months one throid antibody normalized after being elevated for 18 years. My c4a complimentary inflammation went from 55,000 to 1400 (normal).
Obviously eating clean helps, I have documented proof.
Still , clean, but treat myself now and then:
I added healthy snack bars.The only added sugar I get are from Kind brand non gmo, non, dairy, GF bars - the most healthy available and cheap at walmart. Most others are "offenders".
I've had 5 beers the last 5 months.
I eat sough dough bread, the yeast eats 95-99% of the glutan.
Only processed food is 100%natural suasege or burger meat. Was eating elk till the price went up. Bison is boring. Ate fish weekly till I got tired of it. Lots of chicken. 100% natural bacon w/celery salt, no sugar.
I have autoimmune, so I'm eating this way for that too. Lyme is mostly gone. (never is though)
Remember, ther's nothing normal about
bloating and farting LOL. Eat clean and that wont happen.
Note about
any animal milk: none of it is good for you. None. This is the true fact.
No adult mammals drink milk but humans, but adults are not designed for it. Adults are not infants anymore. Cow, goat, bison, water buffalo, it doesn't matter, stop drinking it. Do the research. Animal milk also has natural pregnancy hormones in it- we dont need those. Plus real milk is responsible for approx 50% of skin issues.
