Hi Everyone,
Has anyone found that they bruise easier when taking Cat's Claw? If so, any suggestions on how to prevent this other than not bumping into things?

Vitamin C might be helpful.
You should back off the dosage. High dosages of cat's claw can cause diarrhea, bleeding gums and a drop in blood pressure.
These are the "possible" side effects.
When I took any herb I always checked for the side effects before I took it.
I think some people think because it is an herb, it is totally safe to take any time at any dose. Herbs are medicine.

I had really bad diarrhea from it. Tried it before I got diagnosed, but stopped quite quickly. Maybe I took to much. Didn't think to start slowly

Cat's Claw is a blood thinner. Perhaps this is making your capillaries bleed easier.
