Thanky you Pirouette this is really helpful and you're right stress is the last thing that my body needs at the moment.
I want to start meditating as I have read about
its numerous benefits and keep my mind focussed and positive.
I guess it's human nature to think of all the what ifs but sometimes it's better to keep the faith that all will be well
