amitriptyline

Has anyone taken or taking amitriptyline? I'm terribly scared to try it but I also don't know how I can go on with these headaches!

I just started it last week, and I am only taking 1/2 of the 10mg pills my doctor gave me, but I am already noticing an improvement in my headaches. I have felt a lot more tired though (although I am sleeping great), but it will be worth it to not have headache pain any longer.
