Hi all, we shelled out a couple hundred bucks for an LED red light therapy wand and have been using it today. My husband messed up his sciatica and I have constant joint and nerve pain from Lyme. I used it on my feet, knees, lower back, neck, stomach, and costochondritis all with good results. Five minutes in each area. I'd say I'm about 30% pain-free at the moment. I've read that it's only temporary relief, but it's better than taking a handful of ibuprofen - which also only gives temporary relief. It may be too early to tell, but I was able to walk down the stairs with very minimal pain.

Anyway, wanted to share some good news - even if it's just a little. I'm going to keep using it and if anything changes, I'll post results.

Does anyone else use it and has it worked for you?

It says: 650, 660, 855, and 940 nanometers

I don't actually know what that means. The one I'm using is called LightStim - they say they use multiwaves. Seems to be helping.

I use a LED device since 2009 (the Photonic Energetic 1) and with it, I put my Bb in remission.

Yesterday, I used it again for my foot bath. I flash the infrared (mine is pulsed, so I choose the frequency that my body wants, it varies somehow....) on my feet and under it during the foot bath with salt.

The water gets so murky, that I'm sure it's pulling toxins (more than if I don't flash infrared on my feet).

I burned my tongue with a hot soup yesterday. Tongue and upper part. Very painful. I did LED there, and today, it's totally gone.

It's an amazing tool for burns, for getting MEDICINE, HERBS, etc into certain parts of your body (like brain), etc.

You do feel the difference, sometimes... But I use the pulse mode with different Nogier pulsing to help some blocked parts of my body getting the herbs, and medicines.

I used it extensively for lyme treatment in the past and I still use it sometimes, for helping liver, spleen, thyroid, teeth, gut...

Mine was on the 1300 USD when I bought in the past. Now it's about 1600, but it is worth every penny, I find. Without it, I'm sure I would be still fighting Bb and so would my daughter.

I hope your device can do as much as mine. I also love it!!

I forgot to say, that there is a synergistic energy between some type of LEDs (infrared) and homeopathic medicine.

I think that is why biophotons work so well for some people: you add homeopathic nosodes, ingested or not, and you get a boost in action.

I do think homeopathic remedies must have some sort of carrier wave that goes through infrared or light, that's how you get that synergy (meaning, an homeopathic remedy will work MUCH better once you start using the infrared regularly).

that has been my experience since 2009. Specially in colder months, it's a blessing to have a LED infrared device, in my opinion. I don't know other models, though, so I can't say it will work with all models...

looks like an interesting machine, but expensive! 1600 for that amount of hardware seems outrageous to me. But still, for healing purposes the pulsing is essential I think, it really amps up the affectiveness.

I have a feeling someone who knows what they are doing could build that machine for about $200 - $300.

The Bionic 880 used by dr. W was on the 11,000 dollar range.
I could not afford that without being sure, that is why I opted for the PE1.

There is Sota lightworks using 880nm too, a bit similar to the PE1, on the 300 dollar range.

People who own both Lightworks and the PE1 said, the Sota model is only 10% of the potency of the PE1.
I guess, you see why it's cheaper...

THey need much longer light exposure to do the same treatment with the PE1.

Having put my lyme dormant for that 1600 dollars was nothing compared to what I was spending on so many products, doctors, other devices.

If mine breaks, I buy another, just because it's the only thing that gives me peace of mind.
I know that I can use it with other nosodes too.

the engineer who built the PE1 does it by hand, piece by piece, and assemble things on order too (depending on what the client asks).

My device is almost 10 years old and it still works perfectly well. I used it so many times that I think it's paid.

I also love the Nogier frequencies he installed. He also thinks that the other model the PE 1A is even better, because you can choose all frequencies by hand, like a Rife machine.

I don't have it though...

I just stumbled on this group JUST as I was lying in bed writhing in pain. I have had Lyme's Disease they belive since childhood. I am on all kinds of narcotics and I still have horrible back pain. I've done a bunch of procedures and nothing works. I am so desperate to find relief. I took notes on what you were all posting about getting a LED device the Photonic Energetic 1 or the Bionic 880

Then I read about getting a PEMF Biomat?

Any advice would be appreciated. I would buy them all on Amazon tonite if that;s where you buy them

I would so appreciate any ideas for easing low back pain.

I cant tell you about the PE1, but what has helped my pain tremendously is DMSO, applied topically.

80% Pharma grade DMSO, 20% 'bioalternatives' brand liquid B12, apply it everywhere it hurts. does amazing things. here is my thread on it. let me know if you have more questions.

I have had it a loooong time so i have many tools in my tool box.

I have the laser touch one, wand , which is both pulsed and light
You use it with a conducting gel.

Its no cure, but if my back gets to a high level pain, my hubby will use it on my back for 6 min..it shuts off at 2 min.and it will bring my pain levels down from an 8 to a 4 in 6 min..
To me that is invaluable..then i will take the gel off and use a topical
And am usually so much better the next day.

I also have a led light device called light relief..that has a soft pad with the lights, i sit with that on maybe while watching tv..

And an infared heating pad..

I had never heard of using the light to help with a naturopathic product.

I use a topical that has dmso in it called soothenol x2.
I put it on my back after a shower and do not have pain again til evening, unless doing heavy projects..

Lots of other tools in the toolbox, and not sure how they apply to lyme, but they do apply to lowering pain..

Laser seems stronger than led..but they both work, just different ways, and in differing times used.

Its a home laser unit so not as powerful as the chiro would have in clinic.

Day Three update:

I've been feeling like hell the last couple days. Breaking out in sweats, extra lethargic. Tonight I just kept sweating and sweating. I finally put on my IceKap and I cooled off. I've been using the red light about twice a day - five mins each section (back, neck, hips, feet).

It must be killing stuff off. I guess that's good? I am worried about killing too much too fast - if there is such a thing.

It's funny that dr. K always keeps telling people to rub cilantro tincture on painful spots, and some people also say that helps.

cilantro also mobilizes heavy metals.

Funny to see the relation between heavy metal CHELATORS or mobilizers with pain.

Dr. K thinks that:

- heavy metals themselves cause inflammation (the body attacks heavy metals as they were foreign invaders).
Or you can talk about an allergic reaction to heavy metals causing inflammation, then pain.

- due to inflammation, the area becomes susceptible to infections (pathogens), as immune cells are busy attacking heavy metals and own tissues (where heavy metals lodge), so it does not see pathogens there.
Pathogens will profit from inflammation by consuming the broken / hurt tissues.

As heavy metals do not go out on their own (without pushing them off with infrared, rife, microcurrent, chelators, DMSO, EDTA, cilantro, PEMFs, negative ions, ozone, or whatever technique you are using), well the place is in constant inflammation, without a resolution unless heavy metals are pushed out.

So it's nice to know that DMSO works (I wonder if it does not work because of that pushing and binding to heavy metals?)

- you can attack pathogens with all the means you find (chemically, with herbals, energetically, with any devices, massages, acupuncture, etc), but if heavy metals remain in the area, there won't be a long term solution (in dr. K's thoughts).

I also use high voltage / high magnetism with some spots of pain (the device is called Violet Ray).
I think it works a bit like PEMFs, but it has its own 'pulsing' by the way Tesla coils resonate.

I got severe toxicity symptoms after using it for a couple of minutes first time.
Severe fatigue, air hunger, pains increased in many nerves etc.

I know one lyme sufferer that cannot use the Violet Ray for more than 1 minute, without collapsing with toxins.
It does help moving toxins, I find.

The violet ray does not always work against all types of pain, but it does move the lymph, giving a relief.

Plus it charges the cells with energy (I do feel the punch of energy that comes a couple of hours after using it).

The Violet Ray works faster for burns and open wounds than infrared, maybe because it also emits ozone (and that makes it a double type of treatment if superficial, on skin).

With cold LED infrared (the PE1, I mention above), you basically take 30 minutes or more to see the effect (or next day).

I know a naturopath in the US that has several devices. Several, really!
If you got fibro, she also says one of her best devices is the Biomat with amethysts. Very relaxing.

But she's been telling me that for back pain or localized pain, she uses something very simple: a mat with essential oils AND orgone energy from GROUNDED stones.

I'm going to buy these for testing, as she swears by these mats. It's made by Vibesup.
You can buy a small mat for about 100 dollars, I think. No batteries needed!!

I know a Biomat with amethysts (with infrared emission), that is NOT a PEMF device.

I wrote a bit about it in the previous post. It does seem to help some people (some do swear it helps them a lot).

But there are exclusively PEMF mats in the market (no amethysts, no infrared...), and some do look very good (for whole body support, mostly).

For more localized pains (like deep in big joints), I suspect that smaller devices with stronger output of voltages would do better, it seems. Take a look at

It's hard to decide what to buy / do when you have a chronic disease with acute pains, because probably you need a whole body support + localized support...

The PE1 is my safe haven against chronic and acute Borrelia , FSME (TBE virus), some other pathogens and now I'm trying it against candida (let's see if it will work).

I use it also for pain (nogier frequencies), but I SUSPECT that stuff like PEMFs would work faster.

I hate feeling pain. If I had any pain that is constant, I would try different strategies such as:

- energetic imprinted Cannabis oil (hemp oil) from Vital Force Technology (because it acts fast with some types of inflammation)
- do a strict diet (specially milk and gluten free, sugar free of course)
- get my hands on one of these Vibesup mats and try them
- then slowly research a more expensive device such as you talked above.

for the spine, if the emotional side of the picture is not treated, there won't be probably long term relief.
The spine is like a computer with the memories of traumas, fears, insecurity, etc (so say dr. K and many German practitioners).

Besides treating the physical plane, treating the emotional problems is almost a must, according to them (so that the problem will not come back).

It became such a common sense here in the German-speaking world of naturopathic practice, that there must be some truth behind, I believe. Most books mentioning back pain stress that psycho part of the problem as one of the causes of back pain.

Just to illustrate it: I used to have lower back pain, and I learned about the emotional side of the problem then. The naturopathic doctor treated me (after finding the cause) with EFT type of tapping. I swear, the pain disappeared for good. It was a chronic pain I had for many many years (about 2 decades I think).

Since then, I believe the German naturopaths!! yeah

Let us know how Rife works with Nogier frequencies!!

I love Nogier. There is MUCH more than what is in the site above.

If you contact the maker of the PE1, he's got much more detailed information about what these Nogier frequencies do to the body.

I don't think the PE1's got cold lasers... Just LEDs that do not heat.
That type of infrared LEDs do not heal due to heat, very different from heating lamps or FIR saunas...

How long are you using the LEDs in a day?

They do move toxins!! ARe you on binders and enough minerals?

Indirectly, there must be some killing, I suspect.

I mean, after it cleans some areas, give mitochondria some boost (as they seem to consume the infrared, if I understood it well), well, your immune system may kick in and start killing.

Then comes clogging, as there is a lot of garbage to be eliminated....

If you don't bind these neurotoxins, they will recirculate causing damage (liver, kidney...) and the heavy metals will bind to other parts... that is what I learned.

All stuff that mobilize toxins (or cause herxes) must be followed by several neurotoxin binding products!

I must be doing it wrong. Yesterday I felt alright, but then I didn't. I did a few dishes (nothing major) and I was exhausted!!! I could barely get up. I crashed hard. This morning I woke up and I feel like hell and had a horrible meltdown. Tears, screaming, shaking. Ugh. I always think I'm doing enough detox, but apparently not. I've been taking chanca piedra as well - which is supposed to clear the liver and kidneys...unless I'm wrong?

I'm doing the light 5 minutes per section (neck, back, hips, feet) maybe once or twice a day.

What are neurotoxin binders? The only thing I take for neurotoxins is Neuro-Antitox 10 drops twice a day.

What you feel is the harmful effects of toxins, probably.

It's NOT to be ignored. ON the contrary, I believe that these toxins are SO harmful that they are one of the MAIN CAUSES of us to be ill with chronic infections.

Just bind them off. They are extremely dangerous as they attach to nerves (they have positive charge, nerve endings are negative)...

that's what dr. K thinks. I'm extremely aware about dangers of toxins on the move because I have been paralyzed once and unable to breathe.

After I realized that my experience looks like what happens after a strong herxheimer reaction from certain types of Borrelia die off. The medical literature even shows death is possible from herxheimer.

don't underestimate toxins. Just taking teas won't do the whole job...

I take charcoal and chlorella every day. Probably not enough chlorella. I take 3 tabs per day. I take two charcoal every night. I took an extra dose of charcoal today. Is there something else I should be doing?

I have now taken an ibuprofen for the pain - which is excruciating. My neck is still stiff and now able to get out of bed for a minute or two. I'm also icing my neck as well.

Someone asked what cold laser, i am using the laser touch one,

It works quickly and relaxes me some as it does, i also like the acupressure mat and other things..

We need a pretty good toolbox..but each home device i use helps in so,e way.

LymeB... I was on about 50-120 pills of chlorella a day on normal days.

I took minimum 20 each time, sometimes 30, even 50 when I was overwhelmed.
But not only once, my average was 4 to 6 times a day.

I also added bear garlic tincture each time (1 dropperful) at each time I took chlorella. It helped my kidneys and brain.

If it was still not enough, I added MSM, about 2 teaspoons every time I took it.
During babesia, I took MSM also about 4-6 times a day, BESIDES chlorella.

And I swear, sometimes not even that was enough and I still added other things.

My basic detox products were these 3 things: chlorella, bear garlic and MSM.
And I never forgot to support my liver with AT least, milk thistle (minimum 3x day).

I also took homeopathics for the lymph, daily.

For me, cleaning was much more important than anything, because I feared toxins the most.
Once toxins were flushed off, I could live almost as though I was not ill.
I had energy, I felt relaxed, I wanted to socialize, even infections went low gear and looked manageable.

Once toxins rose, it was the opposite: no brain, no energy, pain in theliver, back, spine, joints, I just wanted to disappear and be in the couch, suffering. No human contact, just totally closed in my world.

So I had no choice than take all those cleansing stuff in GREAT amounts.

Other people take less than me though. I was a bad case, I don't detox well.
The important measure is your body, how well you feel. I increased and tuned binders accordingly.

Some people also swear by chlolestyramine, or apple pectin, or DE. I guess, it doesn't matter, you got to find what works for you.

I learned my lessons after bad experiences.
Since I learned that lesson, lyme treatment went more smooth.

I can't be totally sure toxins are the problem for you... I can only speak for myself.
I know LEDs with infrared move toxins, in my case.
the only way to know if that's sure, is to uppen the binders and watch your body reactions.
At least, that is what I did.
