I'm following diet my LLMD recommended.
Very healthy smoothie for breakfast containing frozen berries, broccoli heads, cinnamon, coconut milk and a metabolism powder.
Lunch is usually a salad with no grains, no cow dairy and minimal fat.
Dinner is typically a protein with veggies, so it could be chicken/steak/seafood with asparagus/califlower/sweet potato.
I avoid grains, cow dairy, legumes, nightshades, sugar, alcohol.
