LL Doctors in New Mexico, Colorado or Arizona

Is there a list of LL doctors available for NM, CO or AZ? I am waiting on a return reply from ILADS.org. Any additional doctor information would be greatly appreciated.

I do have names on my list for Arizona and Colorado...you can email me for them. I don't have personal experience with any of these Dr.'s though.
