Is there a reason to pursue a Bartonella if WB for Lyme is negative?

In my country, there's only immunofluorescence for Bartonella Hen/Quin. And I recently tested negative for Lyme via WB. Should I go for the Bart test, even tho it is highly inaccurate and I don't seem to have Lyme based on test?

Ok, i'll order Igenex $210 WB. Hope it's worth it.

So, how i'm supposed to know I have only Bart and treat it, if Lyme test are inaccurate and Bart test are even more inaccurate, and if I tested negative for Lyme from a lab that specializes on tick born illnesses?

My symptoms that have started somewhere from 2009:
1. benign fasciculations
2. vision problems (palinopsia and static vision)
3. fatigue even after 10 h of sleep
4. muscle weakness
5. gastritis, kidney deformation, biliary dyskinesia
6. concentration problems, short term memory problems, forgetfulness of things that I thought about seconds ago
7. sometimes an ache around the heart area when breathing too deep
8. depression
9. anxiety
10. too emotional
11. daily head pressure (small intensity headaches (scale 3-5, that get intensified when exercising or being physically active, scale 6-8)
12. new types of allergies, that I didn't remember before
13. tinnitus
14. decreased resistance to pain (low endurance of any kind)

And a few other I don't quite remember right now, though the above symptoms I have mentioned have evolved gradually from 2009 (meaning that each of these symptoms either appeared at the same time or throughout the years). I'm only 20 people, I know I'm not physically active, but I never really liked it anyway, but since 2009, i'm like too weak to do it on a regular basis and I don't recover that well. So, I don't think it really is all down to being sedentary, I know fat people who run better than me, have more stamina than me.

I just got my C-reactive protein results and they are 0.06 ng/dl, which indicates that I don't have any inflammation in the body, so likely no Lyme. I'm just lost..

you need to be clinically diagnosed and then treated appropriately. testing is a waste of time except to confirm a clinical diagnosis and/or get insurance coverage.

some swear by muscle testing. others want a positive lab result and keep trying to get one. if you go the Igenex route I'd do the Full Lyme Panel and Co-infections testing. Unfortunately it's around $1700. This is what I did and Lyme showed up when it didn't show up after 3 prior tests through standard labs. Babesia also showed up on the PCR test cause they could see the DNA in my blood.

do you have access to any lyme literate doctors that can properly evaluate you?

yes i think you should go directly to a lyme literate practitioner who can diagnose you based on clinical diagnosis.

Ok, so if I assume I have this infection and possibly its co-infections, than what should I do immediately? If I decide I don't want to go to a lyme literate doctor, since in my are there area only like 2 and both are not actually approved as llmd, rather as infectologists and are in reality are more naturopaths (one of them is doing oxygen based treatment for lyme).

My options are limited. What did you guys jump on immediately to cure Lyme (besides abx)? What are the absolutely mandatory herbs or supplements that kills this bacteria?
