I don't know if I'm allowed to post links to other commercial sites but google Alpha Brain. I've only heard good things about from Joe Rogan's podcast.
It has Huperzine in it:
"An extract from the plant commonly known as northern firmoss (Huperzia serrata), Huperzine A is a naturally derived acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. Acetylcholinesterase (AchE) is responsible for the breakdown of Acetylcholine, and so by inhibiting AchE, more acetylcholine is made available to the brain."
it even has cats claw in it haha, who knew.
240mg of Huperzine daily serving. I wonder if that is enough.
problem is that if you have a bad reaction to it, you wont know if it was the huperzone or something else.
source naturals has an inexpensive huperzine product on amazon. also, look at my post above about
taking EGCG w/ the HPZI thought about
that, just get huperzine standalone. But Alpha brain has many other goodies the body needs. And then throw in cats claw in there and that's one less herb I have to buy separately.
BUT, let's take this thing slow and take them separately.
So I need to google/research the highest quality HPZ+EGCG+Choline. I already learned Alpha GPC type of Choline is the best way to go.
This is my last hope. Wish me luck.not to overwhelm you w/ info, but uridine seems to have a multimplying affect on choline when taken together. also helps to repair neurons

''Combined uridine and choline administration improves cognitive deficits in spontaneously hypertensive rats''
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18631994
''These actions are markedly enhanced in animals that have also received the other two circulating precursors for phosphatidylcholine, uridine (which gives rise to brain uridine diphosphate and cytidine triphosphate) and choline (which gives rise to phosphocholine).''
http://www.fasebj.org/content/22/11/3938.abstract
Animals received supplemental uridine (as its monophosphate, UMP; 0.5%) and choline (0.1%) via the diet, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 300 mg/kg/day) .... As shown previously, giving all three compounds caused highly significant (P<0.001) increases in total brain phospholipids
So ELI5 in many studies it is shown they synergize very well. Particularly pay attention to last study, giving the trio of UMP/Choline/DHA has far greatest results then just supplementing DHA/Choline or UMP/DHA.

also, I think CDP choline is best. Jarrow Formulas CDP Choline has reave reviews on amazon.
