Hi Averi - welcome.
The bullseye rash is diagnostic for lyme disease.
The Lyme Treatment guidelines call for treatment to continue until sign/symptom free plus 4 more weeks.
So, sounds like you should have treated for a few more weeks.
What can you do now? You can start building on a good detox regimen. When you start treatment, the die-off of the bacteria will create endotoxins. These endotoxins will flood your system and cause inflammation in your body/brain...resulting in an increase and/or start of new symptoms (called a herxheimer reaction)
Effective Detoxing - will help flush out these toxins - and can minimize and even eliminate the symptoms.
You can start with a couple detox ideas...and every few days add in a new one.
A must - drink lots of water, take probiotics (daily), take a liver support supplement (daily)
A binder is also recommended. Examples: activated charcoal, Powdered bentonite clay, chlorella, cholestyramine (prescript
ion one)
