I read somewhere not to take collagen with food. I think this was it:
/www.livestrong.com/article/132583-how-take-collagen-pills/ But in other places I've seen it suggested to add it to your smoothies. I'd be glad to remove at least one thing from the "don't take with food" list.
Chapelle, thanks for the advice on serrapeptase, etc. I've been taking it first thing in the morning but worry because I also have coffee first thing in the morning. If I had to choose between the two...hmmmm. That would be a hard choice, indeed!
I was also taking the Transfer Factor at the same time. Maybe that's not good.
Glad to know I can take the L-glutamine and probiotics together. I usually try to take my probiotics at bedtime but since I added binders, it's been hard. I go to bed pretty early. 10:00 is past my bedtime, lol. I usually get up around 3:00 am to use the bathroom, though. I could take something then. Would that be too late to take the binders? When is it best to take binders? Should they be taken several hours after the anti-microbials? Or does it matter?
Part of my problem is that I was advised to eat five small meals a day instead of three because of digestion issues but I think I'm going to have to go back to three to make this work.
