why does l-glutamine make me feel horrible

Every single time I take l-glutamine, without fail, it makes me feel AWFUL.
Here's what it does to me:

- hair falls out
- adrenal fatigue comes back (shakiness, blood sugar problems, crying spells)
- anxiety & depression
- acne breakout
- dandruff

This doesn't feel like a herx ever, it just feels like it's making me sicker and it always makes it seem like it kicks my immune system so that my lyme and bart meds stop working.

Ive tried taking it SO many times because I have stomach issues like ecoli, candida, and klebsiella and I simply cannot tolerate feeling bad anymore. Does this happen to ANYONE else?

I take probiotics, I take a multivitamin, I take RESTORE for my gut, and I take antifungals like caprylic acid and grapefruit seed extract, and vitamin d. I'm gluten free, dairy free, starch free, alcohol, and caffeine free.

A Certain brand you are taking maybe?

I've talked to him and he says its a "herx" but this has happened when I have taken various brands. It just doesn't seem to be helping and I know it is from the glutamine because I get the same symptoms every single time. I have this theory that it is pushing my adrenals too hard or something idk.
