Concern with recommended antibiotic regimen/dosage

I was diagnosed with Lyme and the babesia co-infection a couple months ago. Below you will find my Dr prescribed regimen which I am concerned over regarding the amount/dosage. They are a LLMD and appears to be a member of ILADS. I have reached out, but am waiting for a reply from them.

I began my first month of treatment with supplements (bcomplex plus, sarsaparilla, sr coq10 with pqq, fish oil, alpha lipoic acid, probiotic and activated charcoal at night spaced from others)

The following month I was put on Mepron (5ml) twice a day and Zithromax.

This month I am still on Meron (5ml) twice a day
bactrim ds (800 mg-160mg tablet) 1 pill twice a day
cefdinir (300 mg) 1 pill twice a day
tinidazole (500mg) taken for 3 weeks, but only along 3 consecutive days for first week 1/2 a pill, following week 1 pill same 3 day schedule and third week 1 pill twice a day 3 consecutive day schedule.

I am concerned after reading many journals and blogs it's suggested to not exceed 3 antibiotics at once and I'm on 4. Additionally, many select to pulse all meds with days on/off. With the exception of tinidazole I have been told to take the other 3 meds multiple times a day every day which leaves me a little weary.

Lastly I am a type 1 diabetic which leaves me with a compromised immune system and I worry what effect all these antibiotics may have on my body to try and fight infections/sickness later on.

Last month the first week or two of mepron/Zithromax weren't great but I eventually had less and less issues.

I only recently (3 days ago) started the new protocol mepron/bactrim/cefdinir. So far no issues, but I know it can take a couple days to rear its ugly head. I only just picked up tinidazole from pharmacy today and was holding off on taking it just yet. Again, this many abx 3 of which aren't pullsed seemed like a bit much. I'm much less worried about the side effects as I am that being too much at once for my body.

I was on the previous for only a month and then my doctor made the adjustments I mentioned prior. Not sure why.

They said it will be a 4 month process and I'm not sure what they have planned for the next round.

When I asked how long it would be that's what I was told. They didn't indicate what/if anything comes after that.
