Labcorp vs Igenex results

So I was finally able to get my hands on the Labcorp Western Blot that my doctor ran. I wanted to get your guy's thoughts on if the results are anything meaningful.

My GP took blood for Labcorp Western blot about a week before my LLMD appt. like 7/24/2017 or something. When it came back all I could get out of them was it was 'negative/normal'. I tried to get a copy but they didnt want to give it to me.

Anyway, yesterday I was finally able to get them so I wanted to post the results and see what you guys think.

Labcorp-7/24/2017
IGM all bands negative
IGG band 58 present and band 66 present

IGM 31 IND 41 IND
IGG 30+, 41+, 58++, 66+

They did draw for Labcorp on a Friday. Is this just an illustration of poor lab sensitivity?

Particularly if you're navigating the Lyme world.

Please consult your state laws. Politely and patiently reiterate them if you need to. Write a formal letter of request.

OK - sorry - back to your results. I'm glad you got a copy of them!

41 is a spirochete - but could also be from dental infection
41 and 58 are "statistically associated w/ tick-borne disease"
58 can cross-react with babesia
31 is "Lyme-specific" (so specific that they used it to create one of the vaccines!) but some suggest it can also cross-react w/ viruses

The best way to diagnose Lyme is to evaluate your symptoms. If you have Lyme-like sx, and bands that indicate the Borrelia burgdorferi microbi is in your body, then you likely have Lyme.

Now, this is really important to understand:
The reason your tests indicate "Negative" is NOT because they prove you do not have Lyme. This is a gigantic misinterpretation that most MDs are guilty of. Even the CDC states on their website that Lyme is a clinical diagnosis and that the tests should not be used for diagnosis.
