First of all Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all are feeling better then me! I'm trying to be thankful but when you feel like you keep getting hit by trucks it's a little hard! Does this sound like a babesia herx or flare? Bad headache in the back of head, spine pain between shoulders and down, dizzy, waves of getting really hot, super tired, achy and hard for eyes to focus, also shaky. I'm so ready for my life back!

Happy Thanksgiving, Tonya!
I'm feeling kinda crummy this evening too!
Are you currently on Babesia meds?
I don't get the headache - but I do get pressure in my head -behind my eyes.
Hope you feel better soon!
P.S. - Do you have anything particularly for the brain - to detox? Like Nutramedix Pinella or Jernigan's Neuro AntitoxII - CNS/PNS

Honestly, this could be babs or bart or viral. Just gotta try stuff out and when in doubt, kick up the detoxing a bit. I'd def start the Pinella or the other brain detoxer Girlie mentioned.
I'd also try an anti-inflammatory and lymph support - that could be one reason for the head/neck/shoulder/back pain. Need to improve circulation a bit.
Hope you can start feeling better soon...

Thanks so much for your feedback! I so appreciate it! Sorry you aren't feeling well either Girlie😞 I was taking the antitox and pinella but I am all out of it, guess that's something I need to keep on hand. I'm seeing a fellow who's does muscle testing that my llmd really trusts and believes he knows what he is doing. What seems to come up is that my whole lymph system is not draining properly, so even though I'm detoxing I'm not getting rid of everything. We did 2 rounds of light therapy and he had hoped that helped clear my system but I guess not enough! The muscle testing is still a little hard for me to fully grasp, wonder how much accuracy is actually involved!

Red Root can help with the lymph system. Just be sure to discuss with your llmd or practitioner ad check for side effects and contradictions.
Take care, Jo
