how does a person just do herbs and bontanicals for lymes ...

Is there any way to do that so a person doesnt have to be on all the meds?? Iam not doing very good I am conceader malnutrient. which doesnt help
.been trying to eat as much aspossible and answers for this ??? thanks

Many people are doing herbal treatments - either in conjunction with abx or solely.

A few popular ones;

Buhner herbs (he has written books for each infection )

Cowden - there's a schedule online.

Buhner has an updated 2nd edition book called"Healing Lyme" which is very helpful if one decides to do herbals.

He also wrote books on the co infections too.
