Just started these today and am unreasonably exhausted right now, although my brain fog seems to have lessened.
Has anyone had similar experiences. How long does it last?

You are doing Jernigan's? Why did you start on II instead of starting with No. I?
I am not familiar with Blue Sage. Is it the same as White sage (Salvia apiana)? I have heard of this and it is good for coughs and colds. But I don't use it and have only this that I remember of it.

Hi hammer,
I took this formula after I took Borrelogen for a month (added the Neuro-Antitox CNS/PNS afterward). I wasn't taking anything else. Yes, the Neuro-Antitox cleared up my brain fog but it took several months since I went undiagnosed for 5 years. I was very fatigued when I first started Jernigan's protocol but as time went on I kept feeling better and better.
What sped my healing was taking detox baths, dry skin brushing and changing my diet.
Oh, the reason I believe it is called II is because when Jernigan first invented these formula's he didn't have Neuro-Antitox, he had separate bottles of Silphitrin and Pale Spike Lobelia. Then he decided to combine the two since they worked so well together. Years later people were scared to take this formula because they would google Pale Spike Lobelia and read that it was poisonous. The reality was the variety Jernigan used was not.
Anyway, are you taking anything else like abx or other herbs?
Give this time as I had really great results with it.
Good luck!
Denise
