Fucoidan as well as Brown Seaweed are known to be helpful for detoxing mycotoxins. I continue to supplement with these daily.
Modified Citrus Pectin was another helpful supplement I did twice in two month intervals at high doses.
Chitosan is also one that I am testing currently
ChickenArise,
How high a dose of modified citrus pectin did you take? Did you get tested for mycotoxins? If so, did you have followup testing that showed your levels came down after detox?4g daily, no, and no. So I guess I am disqualified.
Oh, 4g is not high dose to me. I've been taking Pectasol-C. Full dose is 15-20g per day. I've taken 5g for the most part, sometimes 10g. I was taking 10g for a while, but lately I've only been getting in two daily doses of binders - 3 charcoal capsules and 1 scoop of pectin.Sometimes I doubled up, but wow.
I used the Vitacost brand.
I made so much progress with this dose in 2 months. How long have you been taking? The caveat is that I took 4g of monolauren with every dose at the same time. I dont know if this factored in. I have never read that monolauren has any effect on mycotoxins but I was taking it for Borellia/Oral Spirochete.
Although I never tested, my remaining teeth rotted hollow with a cavity at the base. This type of decay is a huge tip off to my version of this disease as many others infected have reported this same pattern of decay.
Most people get cavities at top or side of tooth but if any of your teeth are decaying at the base this is a big red flag.
These are relatively painless cavities because the nerve has already been eaten away by the invader before the tooth ever shows decay. They would be hollow by the time you see decay.
I cannot stress this enough. I wish I could shout it from the rooftops as I dont think it is common knowledge.
I hope you are dividing the doses over the course of the day.
I did a second follow up 2 month course after running out in between. I didnt make as much progress on the second course so it was time to change things up.
Chitosan has been compared to Welchol by some. Fucoidan has the pubmed literature to back it up.
