Can’t find Hawthorne whole herb anywhere in Uk

Does it matter if I just take the Berry instead?

I take Nature's Way standardized hawthorn capsules. It has leaf/flower extract 300mg ( standardized to 1.8% flavonoids including vitexin and hyperoside (5.4 mg) and hawthorn berry 165mg.

Hi Szabo,

If you can't locate hawthorn, you may try searching under its genus, Crataegus. Most of what we use here in the US is either Crataegus monogyna or oxyacantha, although most species should do.
