So my LLMD mentioned that he liked the Cowden protocol as a abx alternative.
Fact he was a little hesitant to put me on Abx but he probly sensed I was not on board with herb treatment and I specially wanted to start on abx.
The more I read up on this bug and understand the science behind the herbs the more I'm considering going 100% herb protocol after 8 weeks.
I'm sure some of this has to do with my impatience but here's where I'm leaning and welcome any feedback .
*My quality of life, although far from perfect, was better prior to abx.
*My symtoms only improved once I started to take herbs. The best being the Buber and Pinella)
*Most seem to agree that abx alone will not cure this and there are known consequences of long term use. I think like HIV there the right abx cocktail out there. But it has not been nailed yet.
*The science behind herbs is there and tinctures seem the best way to get the antibody in a concentrated form.
*Honestly I can't keep up with all these herbs. I need this packaged up for me.
* Can't say yet if it really cost anymore than what I'm doing now.
Comments welcome.

This is because when we treat with antibiotics, the killing of the bacteria creates toxins that flood our system...increasing inflammation. It is a sign that the 'bugs' are being killed.
However, we don't want to suffer when treating, so we need to detox...and even back down on our antibiotics if the herxing is too great.

Those are support herbs - and they can also be taken in conjunction with antibiotics as a detox, symptom relief.

I don't know what you are saying here. ^^^
Whichever way you treat - is your choice...and we support herbals...antibiotics...or a combo of both.
