Treatment of Vitiligo by Local Application of Betamethasone 17-Valerate in a Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) Cream Base. All I can say is wow....

"Betamethasone 17-Valeraten" is something I'll have to research.

I can thank Lapis here for getting me interested in DMSO.

Its apparently been discovered useful for many things, but kept hush hush since its not FDA approved.

what is mixed with the dmso? I don't recognize the names 0.2% betamethasone 17-valerate. I have some white spots I may try this on. My problem is consistency. One day I remember, the next day I don't.

Is the valerate from Valerian? Similar to valproic acid?

Bethamethasone sounds like a steroid cream

It came up on goggle image shown in small ointment/toothpaste type tubes.

I did try some other name paste steriod recomeneded by a derm Dr. It did nothing, but was not driven in with DMSO either.

yeah dmso is amazing stuff

there is a doctor on another forum i post on who uses IV DMSO at his clinic. He reversed early stage of dementia with that treatment. Patient's brain came back fully on line.
