Age is the decrease in one's ability to eliminate free radicals combined with a reduction in cellular processing due to nutrient depletion. There is more to it than this but this is the main portion of aging. Age should not be used as a factor for anything. Instead, we should look at what is happening physiologically.Very good points. You made me think about
how Jack LaLanne was in such great shape, right up into his final days.
