hi all i take garlic raw for a few days and yesterday i took a garlic pill and this morning allso i have alot of head pressure top of head and depressin right now the world seems dark i guess its depression and alittlebit blurry eyes but not much could it be candida die off?it feels scary my stress is at max now have to lay in bed
somebody have experience with candida?
head pressure get worse from moving was just outside is that normal that die off can be that bad
just watching my computer screen is hard big stress

Die off for me (from candida, parasites, lyme), mostly always included terrible headaches and a worsening of my vision. Back off a bit on the garlic, until symptoms subside. I have come to realize, that to maintain some sort of life during all of this (mentally and physically), slow and steady can win the race!

yes i have testet positive for candida in a stool test the pills i took was allicin 2-3 cloves a day but nothing today then i 1-2 pill yesterday and one this morning my brain burns sometimes can candida do that to?
