Hey guys,
Does anybody else seem to always have their health issues flare around March? I seem to ALWAYS feel terrible around March-starting to think it’s due to mold spores maybe?
Would love your thoughts

It could depend what region of the world you live in, the climate, weather, what plants/trees/flowers are blooming, Air quality etc.
This will bump you up too.

I do tend to get sick more in the spring. Sometimes I feel like I got spring fever or something like that. Get lethargic and not want to do anything but go outside and lay in the sun. I figured that pollen or allergies were involved. I've given up on allergy testing. I've been tested 3 times with drastically different results each time.

I live in New England and I liken my issue to mold spores
