Lactobacillus , Streptococcus feacalis,Clostridium butyricum, Bacillus mesentricus this combination ruined my life.this combination is worser then any dieses for my body.any one having experience whith this strains.

What did it do to you?

What was the brand these were combined in?

If you felt good on them UNTIL you stopped, it might be that your gut still does not populate on its own. Might have been feeding a specific bug with one of these as well.

“Streptococcus feacallis” sounds ominous though...

I always gave probiotics trials before committing, still have some in the fridge, but have not used in one year.

I can totally believe it is possible to throw your whole flora out of balance using the wrong probiotic. If I did so I would begin juicing lightly washed vegetables with most of the peels intact in hopes to restore my flora to a more balanced state.

There are probiotics that certain companies have that are proprietary and no way to know if it is good for you. We cant even know if you would need some of these. This is one area where it makes you feel bad or causes bloating or gas you should stop consuming it immediately.

But you say it was after stopping which is curious.

i don't think i've ever heard of probiotics, any one for that matter making you feel worse.
