So I have no idea if this is Bartonella related or more hormonal or both!! I haven't had any breakouts on my face in years and suddenly I am getting all sorts of pimples! Nothing like aging skin and pimples, to go along with feeling rotten!!

My skin has been horrible since I started abx abou 5 months ago. It seems hard to know if it is from the abx disrupting my gut biome or the abx killing of lyme bacteria and the acne is part of the detox...who knows? You can find aztec bentonite clay on Amazon for $9, it helps

When I was on the buhner protocol I noticed that. Tiny ones. But since I stopped taking those herbs I haven't had the problem.

Same thing. Since stopping the Doxy, my face has erupted.
