Nerve Pain Management - Advice??

Buhner (Bart book) lists Kudzu and Greater Celandine as two options.

Unfortunately it didn't help me...but it's worth a try.

I just tried the Gabapentin again and not helpful.

If anything - it seemed to make it worse.


One thing that does help me is exercise and Epsom salt baths.
Temporary relief though.

Hey, y’all.

So, I’ve been having more nerve pain than usually (mostly in my arms, legs, hands, and feet). I was just wondering if y’all had any pro tips to lessen the symptoms! Any and all advice is appreciated. I’ve got some nasty shooting pains and some tingling.

I get numbness more than pain in those areas. Bartonella treatment helped at one point, but I've been in a long herx/flare now for months and haven't had it go away since. I'm treating the bartonella with Buhner's protocol.
