MARCONS without sinus symptoms

Hey Everyone,

In general should MARCONS be treated in the absence of sinus symptoms?

My LLMD does not think we need to treat because I do not have any sinus symptoms but my greatest fear in my Lyme journey is leaving things out that could be something preventing recovery down the line... Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

What would be the downside to treating?

I have never had sinus symptoms with MARCONS. And I've tried the nebulizer. BEG1, and BEC1x sprays. BEG 1 worked the first time around, not the second.
