How to mix Bart herbs

Hey everyone so I got all of Stephen buhner's recommended bartonella herbs from woodland essence and some organic pomegranate juice. Is there a special way I mix them into a concotion? Do I have to heat up water, wait for the tinctures to settle, ect..? Thanks

Just put them into a glass with the juice and down the hatch...no you don't need to out them in warm water or wait for them to settle.

I sometimes tske mine right from the dropper into my mouth.

I suggest that you start one at a time - and a few drops. (So you know if you react adversely to one of them)
Increase it slowly for a week or two
Then add in the second one...and do the same.

After you're taking them all at low doses...then titrate each one up.

They work synergistically, so getting them all in at low dose is a good plan.
