I want to kill myself ...
24 hours a day, the muscles of my leg fasciculate ... it's constantlly, it happens every 1 minute during 24 hours.. is it your type of muscle twitching? It's insane

you need to distract yourself in some way.
i have the muscle twitching too for two years now, it sucks and is terrible. i have noticed that since starting treatment, it is has reduced, and some days are better than others.
as hard as it is to deal with, find a way to distract yourself, you will notice it less. one way is focus on something you have control of like, your diet or light exercise if you are able to.

When my twitching was at its worse, yes it was 24/7 and my legs were a hot spot. Generally the quadricep and thigh muscles were the hot spots. Some glute and calf twitching too. It is so annoying. It made it hard for me to sleep. Luckily mine goes away when I am on antibiotics.

Mine was very frequent too.
For me the upper body was the worst.
It does get better.....
I'd trade the nerve pain for the fasciculations
