Sounds like Lyme, bart, myco, very low Vit D, and whatever that urine test indicates.
Typically IGg means past infection and IGM means current, but with these infections a positive or indeterminate of either one along with symptoms indicates probable infection from my understanding, but I'm not a doctor.
Not sure about
the urine. The doctor should be able to tell you. Maybe urinary tract infection or something?

The doctor mentioned Lyme and was most interested in the bart. She didn't say anything about
the urine. I called about
that and she's out of the country; the nurse suggested taking her to a urologist.
