Armin lab results

Hi folks, new to the forum but I have read the pinned post at the top. I had the following results from Armin labs (I've just put the ones that were outside normal, reference range is in brackets below):

Borrelia EliSpot *
1 Borrelia b. Full Antigen 1 SI
0-1 = negative
2-3 = weak positive
> 3 = positive
1 Borrelia b. OSP-Mix ! 3 SI
0-1 = negative
2-3 = weak positive
> 3 = positive
1 Borrelia burgdorferi LFA-1 1 SI
0-1 = negative
2-3 = weak positive
> 3 = positive
The results of the Elispot tests indicate weak current cellular activities against Borrelia burgdorferi.

5 NK cells CD56+ CD-3 % = 4.41 (6-29)
5 CD57+ NK cells (absolute) = 53 (100-360)
The result of the CD57 cell count indicates chronic immune suppression, which can be caused by Borrelia b or other bacteria like Chlamydia pneumonia or Mycoplasma pneumonia.

EBV Elispot
EBV Elispot (lytic) 2 SI (2-3 weak positive)
EBV Elispot (latent) 25 SI (>3 positive)
The results indicate current cellular activity against EBV.

HSV1 = 6 SI (>3 positive)
HSV2 = 6 SI (>3 positive)
The results indicate current cellular activity against HSV ½

Coxsackie Virus
IgG A7 = 1:1000 (<1:100) positive
IgG B1 = 1:1000 (<1:100) positive
IgA A7 = 1:10 (<1:10) positive
IgA B1 = 1:100 (<1:10) positive
The specific Coxsackie virus type A7/B1 IgG/IgA antibodies indicate current humoral immune response against Coxsackie virus type A7 and type B1. This is highly specific for Coxsackie antibodies.

HHV6 IgG/IgM antibodies
HHV6 IgG antibodies 1:100 (<1:10) positive
The specific HHV6 IgG antibodies indicate humoral immune response to HHV6.

There are some more results still to come back but these are the ones back so far.

I'm confused by the first part, in that it is negative for full antigen and LFA and is only a 3 for OSP MIX (which doesn't seem too bad compared to a lot of people). Does that mean that its unlikely to be a lyme issue?

Also my CD57 is a bit low, no idea how significant that is.

And I seem to have positive tests for EBV, HSV 1 and 2, HHV6 and Coxsackie. Those all sound like sexually transmitted issues, which seems pretty unlikely to apply to me, and I don't have the classic symptoms when I google them, so I am not sure why they are relevant to a lyme test? Are they what they mean bu co-infections or is that something else?

All my issues are from the neck upwards, neuro, neck and head pain stuff and have lasted 2.5 years now having come on very suddenly (and co-inciding with a tick bite). GP wasn't very interested so I decided to go private and explore the lyme angle due to a tick bite the week the symptoms started (although it seems a bit fast from tick bite to onset of symptoms to be lyme related).

As I said I do have a follow up appointment in 10 days but im trying to familiarise myself with the results so that whatever he says doesn't go straight over my head!

Hello, yes, his bio is that he is an LLMD and member of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society. I had tested negative on NHS 6 months after onset of symptoms and so it was dismissed as a possibility but on doing my own research (and having had no success with chiros/osteos etc) I felt it was worth looking into again with someone who wouldn't dismiss me out of hand. He seems good and im sure will give me all the answers I want, but I'm naturally curious in advance.

I had a lot of tick bites as a child and a lot of sand fly bites in my 20's and have always suffered badly with fatigue since a child but these symptoms kicked in 4 days after grovelling around in the undergrowth in the Yorkshire Dales. I found a tiny tiny tick on my leg whilst shaving my legs, I thought it was a dot of dry blood and was just shaving it off when i realised it was a tick (too late sadly!). I'm not sure if that is too fast for neuro stuff to kick in? It would nice to have an answer (I also have had several head injuries so that complicates things) as I look and sound perfectly fine, so its hard to explain that im not fine (not that I have to explain that to anyone who is on here!)

Hi, thank you. Ive gone thorough the 'new to lyme' post but there are plenty of links left to read! I guess the main question in my mind is, can lyme go straight to your head?

My symptoms started with neuro stuff and neck pain instantly (4 days after exposure to ticks...or 28 years if you count the tick bites I had as a child) and it makes me doubt that it could be lyme as most things seem to say that the neuro stuff takes time to kick in.
