What should I look for when choosing a doctor?

You could ask if they treat with just abx, or do they also use herbals/supplemets.

Make sure they treat with more than one ABX.

What is their treatment plan going forward

Do they check for candida, mold issues, fungal etc.

What detoxing, probiotics and liver support do they suggest you use while you are on antibiotics.

How do they understand herxing and is there phone support on off hours if you need to call them with any questions.

How to they diagnosis and treat co infections, do they understand about the different infections.

Girlie how often are the appointments and what’s the cost is top of my list! I did not notice anything in the new to Lyme section but I definitely could have overlooked it. Will try reading again.

I think you want a docs with all of the tools.
ABX-herbal protocols-oxygen protocol-parasites protocols and dental.
Hard to find one person with all of this. The dental can be the strongest piece-just find a biological dds and get checked. Strange but dental and parasite treatment are the low hanging fruit with a major influence on your health and the hardest to find experts in.
