Sore foot bottom from Bart or gout

Been treating for Lyme and on month 5.

LLMD stated my new rash was a Bart coming to the surface.

I have a history of gout but I now have gout type flairs on the bone on the bottom of my foot.

Hearing of painful soles I always thought it was a skin burning sensation.

Could this bone pain be bart or just my gout moving around?

My Bart foot pain is not burning - for me it’s more tendon/muscle type pain.
