I'm sure once the summer heat and humidity are here, I'll have something to complain about, but for now (60-70's) this feels great. Its very relaxing after being bundled up all winter and I have more balanced energy levels.
Even with proper thyroid levels, I'm frozen all winter. Winter snow commuting can be very stressful too, just getting to your destination is sometimes an accomplished itself, but not the kind I like.
On the other hand, I dont know how deep southerners deal with stagnant humidity and 100 plus temps, guess thats your winter (but opposite). I seem to handle heat a little better now, I remember the few 90-95 degree days with active lyme was also miserable. Hello AC and couch.
anyway.....happy spring/summer
